Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput to finally share screen space?

Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput Kapoor routinely make rounds of the internet, whether with the hashtag #CoupleGoals, or for baby Misha’s fashion statements. But one thing we’ve not heard much about is Mira taking up something like acting - her husband’s profession. Recently, reports surfaced that Mira was shooting a commercial for a baby product and was, apparently, a natural in front of the camera. Now, it seems like Mira might be at it again, and this time with her hubby!

Recent reports that are doing the rounds suggest that Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have become the brand ambassadors for GEM Home Appliances. Not only that, the two of them will be appearing together in a commercial for the brand.

The agreement first started circulating on some of Shahid Kapoor’s fan pages, and then went viral on social media. If this is true, a lot of people around the world are going to be really happy when they see Bollywood’s favourite power couple take the stage.

Shahid Kapoor is currently riding high on the success of his last release Padmaavat from earlier this year. Shahid will also be getting his own wax statue at Madame Tussauds, along with Padmaavat co-star Deepika Padukone. He recently wrapped shooting for Batti Gul Meter Chalu, opposite Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam, which will release in theatres on September 21, 2018.
