A video where Salman Khan dedicates his award to Shah Rukh Khan has been going viral. Salman, who received the award for his supporting role in 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', stated that Shah Rukh Khan supported him in the film and thus he deserves the award.

Whiel receiving an award from Neetu and Rishi Kapoor, Salman cited an example of his father Salim Khan who said that Raj Kapoor supported him in a film called 'Diwana'. Similarly he thanked Shah Rukh Khan for supporting him in Karan Johar's 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and 'hoped he supported him for the rest of his life'.

On the other hand, when Shah Rukh Khan received an award for the same film, he thanked everyone from Kajol to Karan Johar and Parzan Dastur. However, his special note was reserved for Salman Khan. "Salman Khan is the only man whose body is matched by my luscious lips," said Shah Rukh Khan while receiving the award from Karisma Kapoor, Rekha and Akshaye Khanna.

While Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji played the lead role in 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', Salman Khan was acclaimed in a supporting role in the film. Farida Jalal, Johnny Lever, Parzan Dastur and Sana Saeed also played pivotal roles in the movie.
