Shah Rukh Khan takes jibe at himself on Gauri Khan's latest Instagram post

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the wittiest guys in the film industry and is also never afraid to take a jibe at himself. On Friday, the superstar left his fans laughing as he replied to a picture Gauri Khan posted on her Instagram with two Shah Rukhs. 

Earlier today, Gauri shared a throwback photo featuring herself, SRK, and his wax statue at Grevin Wax Museum, Paris. Along with the photo, she wrote, "Two much to handle… @iamsrk" Replying on her comment, SRK said, "Aur for the last 1 year & 6 months Dono ghar pe hain…!!!"

Shah Rukh's comment was a joke he cracked on himself as SRK's last film was Zero, directed by Aanand L Rai that released in 2018. In the film which also starred Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, Shah Rukh played the role of a vertically challenged man who falls in love, first, with a wheelchair-bound scientist and then with a popular actress, Anushka and Katrina respectively.  

The film failed to perform at the box office after which Shah Rukh took a break from acting. Since then, the actor has been focussing on his production house Red Chillies Entertainment. 

Back on June 25, Shah Rukh also completed 28 glorious years in the industry. In 28 years of his career, Shah Rukh went from being a struggling actor who has no backing in Bollywood, to a Godfather who gave many actresses their debut launch. Shah Rukh Khan also became a global name during his 28 years of existence in the industry.
