See pics: Priyanka Chopra is back in India to promote Assam tourism

Priyanka Chopra has been living out of the country for so long that every time she returns back to India, it feels like there is going to be a reason to celebrate. We already are super duper excited for her big Bollywood film 'Bharat' with Salman Khan and filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar while Quantico season 3 goes on air. For now, the actress is here to shoot for an ad for Assam tourism and Assamese were delighted to welcome PC who is also the brand ambassador of the state. 

Dressed in an orange high-low shirt with denims, PC arrived in the state along with her team. Since then it's all been about work work work for the actress.She proceeded to be part of a cultural gathering and was spotted dancing along with the ladies who performed the traditional Assamese dance, Bihu.

Priyanka has been the brand ambassador of Assam tourism since a long time now. However, in February she was caught in controversy for her photoshoot that was a part of the calendar issued by the tourism department. MLAs objected to her cleavage revealing outfit and in trouble for for sporting an orange sundress with low neck and a bow in the center on the calendar. Before that, PC also got herself into trouble when she called Sikkim a state ‘troubled by insurgency.’
