Kriti Sanon, who turned a year older today, had a working birthday this year. The actress, who recently returned from London after completing the first schedule of Housefull 4, will start shooting Luka Chuppi in Gwalior next week and the prep on the same has already begun.
Even though the actress feels that birthday hoopla is overrated she did have a joint pre-birthday bash with producer-friend, Dinesh Vijan (Raabta's director), who enjoys his birthday a day before Kriti. He threw a joint birthday party for their common friends. It was attended by Kriti's boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, her sister Nupur Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Karan Johar, Kriti Kharbanda among others.
"It was Dinu’s (producer Dinesh Vijan) birthday yesterday and we thought of celebrating together. So, he threw a party for both of us. Apart from that, I’m just chilling at home, spending time with my sister, Nupur, and others. In the evening, I’ve to get back to prep for Luka Chuppi because I’m starting the film within a few days," Kriti told DNA.
Kriti Sanon is said to be more of a pyjama party person but is self admittedly getting the hang of filmi parties. Kriti said, "It can be called my first filmi party. And I think it was fun. So today, I'm home, relaxing, chilling and trying to get over the party exhaustion. I'll get back to prep by this evening."

On the work front, Kriti recently completed the first schedule of Sajid Khan's Housefull 4 in London, in which she is paired opposite Akshay Kumar. She will also be seen in her first period war-drama in Ashutosh Gowariker's Panipat with Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.
