Salman Khan was at his humorous best in his recent interaction during a press conference held earlier this evening. The actor was visibly in a tell-all mood and took up almost every quetion that was thrown at him.

From speaking up on the Padmavati row once again to trying to pull Sanajay Leela Bhansali's leg, the actor answered the questions with a pinch of humour. In a conversation with News 18, while talking about the Padmavati row, Salman happened to mention, "I gave Sanjay Leela Bhansali two hit films and he took Shah Rukh Khan in his next film" and laughed.

Barring the cameo in Saawariya, Salman and Bhansali have previously worked together in Khamoshi- The Musical and Ham Dil De Chuke Sanam. Though, Khamoshi didn't do wonders at the ticket windows, it did get it's due and became a favourite of the viewers over the years. Ham Dil De Chuke Sanam proved to be superhit at the box office and SLB had then cast Shah Rukh Khan in Devdas which again went on to become a huge hit at the box office.

Salman had also come to Deepika Padukone's rescue when she went to promote Padmavati on Bigg Boss 11, the show hosted by Salman. The actor had turned to every camera frame and repeated that there's no scene between Deepika and Ranveer Singh in the film, on the request of SLB.

Meanwhile, Padmavati has been facing a lot of protests against its release by several fringe groups who have demanded a ban on the release of the film. They allege that Bhansali has misrepresented history in the film and hurt their sentiments by presenting the Rajputs in a bad light. The film was earlier slated to hit the theatres on December 1 but has been delayed voluntarily by the makers.
