Looks like Salman Khan has found himself in legal soup once again. A criminal complaint was filed against the Bharat actor, for allegedly snatching the phone of a senior journalist during an April 2019 incident.

As per reports, a criminal complaint 326/19  has been filed against Salman Khan, by the complainant senior Journalist Mr. Ashok Pandey, before Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Andheri, Mumbai. The complaint has been filed for robbery, assault, criminal mischief and criminal intimidation. The Complainant's Advocate Shri Neeraj Gupta and Ms. Nisha Arora have informed that the case against the actor is under section. 323, 392, 426, 506, r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the order shall be passed on July 12, 2019.

For those who've come in late, it all began in April this year, when Salman Khan went out cycling on the streets of the city. The juornalist has alleged that Salman Khan snatched his phone while he was cycling.

Sharing the details of the incident, the journalist had said that the mediapersons present on the spot had started clicking pictures of Salman Khan after taking permission from his bodyguard. But turns out that this didn't go down well with the actor and it led to a huge argument.

The complainant also claims that Salman's bodyguards misbehaved with him and his cameraperson following which the actor snatched his phone. However, there were several reports contradicting the details shared by the complainant which suggested that Salman had gestured the mediaperson to not click pictures or record videos.

A Pinkvilla report states that the advocate Neeraj Gupta has claimed that Salman Khan had deleted all the data from the journalist's phone and added that the police had not taken proper cognisance of the initial complaint, hence they are now knocking the doors of the court.
