Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi became a superhit ever since it released. A report on IB Times went on to report that Salman Khan was keen to remake the film in Hindi, after he watches it. However there were no screenings held for the Bollywood superstar.

Confirming the same, Salman Khan said in a recent interview, “I haven’t seen Mahesh Babu’s Mahrashi, it just released.” He also went on to rubbish all speculations about him remaking the Mahesh Babu starrer in Hindi by adding, “I’m not remaking it in Hindi.”

Further Salman Khan spoke about films which he saw. While casually mentioning that he watches whatever is running on Television (and gets pissed if somebody changes the channel), Salman Khan went on to reveal that he sees a lot of South Indian movies. “Recently I saw Akhil’s film which was coming out. The name was Taqdeer I think,” said the Bharat actor.

He also went on to reveal if he saw the epic Hindi-South Indian film Baahubali. “Yes I have watched Baahubali, but the second part I haven’t watched it yet. So I don’t know who killed Katappa (laughs),” he said. For the uninitiated, Baahubali: The Beginning became a rage and there were various memes raising the burning question 'Aakhir Kattappa ne Baahubali ko kyun maara?'

Salman Khan went on to tell the journalists that he watches various web shows too. In fact his sisters give him recommendations for the same. They also give him spoilers. Talking about spoilers, Salman concluded, “Acha mujhe koi farak nahi padhta (spoilers se). If you tell me the whole story also still I’ll watch it.”

Salman Khan is currently promoting his Eid release Bharat along with co-star Katrina Kaif. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Atul Agnihotri along with Salman Khan Films, Bharat also stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Aashif Sheikh, Nora Fatehi and Tabu among others in pivotal roles. The movie will also witness a cameo by Varun Dhawan.
