'Saand Ki Aankh' Posters: Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar make for perfect 'Shooter Daadis' in the first look

In the month of February this year, Anurag Kashyap took to his social media pages and announced that he will be making a biopic on the famous Shooter Daadis, Chandro and Prakashi Tomar. When he revealed the cast of Saand Ki Aankh, it created huge excitement among the masses. The film stars Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles. The actors have been hiding their look since the time they started shooting for the film.

Yesterday, the cast and the makers had said that the first look of the film will be out today. Finally, the wait is over and two posters of Saand Ki Aankh have been unveiled. In the posters, both Taapsee and Bhumi are seen donning a never-seen-before look as 60-year-old women. Their wrinkled face, grey hair and perfect attitude is a visual delight and something which will make people eager for the film. Both are holding guns and we can't wait to see them fire it with perfect aim.

'Saand Ki Aankh' is being jointly produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar. The film will mark the directorial debut of writer Tushar Hiranandani who has penned 'Main Tera Hero', 'Ek Villain' and 'Half Girlfriend'. 

This is the first outing of Taapsee and Bhumi together in a film and former's second collaboration with Anurag after Manmarziyaan. The actors created a great bond during the shoot and shared it on social media as well.

Saand Ki Aankh is set to hit the screens during Diwali this year.
