Rishi Kapoor's TRIBUTE to Raj Kapoor

29 years ago on June 2, the biggest showman of Bollywood, Raj Kapoor passed away. And just like many of his fans, even superstar son Rishi Kapoor paid homage to his father on twitter. Choosing an apt line from one of Raj Kapoor songs, Chintu tweeted ''Par hum tumhare rahenge sada'

Raj Kapoor seems to be the biggest influence on Rishi Kapoor's life. His recently released autobiography, Khullam Khulla depicted the life of a superstar's son who is completely in awe of his father. He has dedicated chapters in his autobiography on Raj Kapoor....the experience of being directed by his father, the famous Kapoor filmy parties and the grand Raj Kapoor birthday bash every year. The 64 year old actor has even wrote about his father's affairs with his leading ladies. Not just Nargis, he also wrote about the rumours with Vyajanthimala being true. Contradicting Raj Kapoor's Sangam co-star claims of the rumours being created for publicity.

Rishi Kapoor described his father as the man who "loved his cinema, his booze, his leading ladies and his work."
