Revealed: Kangana Ranaut's 'Manikarnika' teaser to be out on August 15, details inside

The first teaser of Kangana Ranaut's much anticipated and perhaps most ambitious project Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi will be launched on the occasion og Independence day this year. The actress will be seen portraying the central character of Rani Laxmi Bai in the film, which is supposed to be based on the life of the warrior queen. 

A ZeeNews report suggests that on Tuesday, Kangana went to meet the film's producer Kamal Jain at his office where she also saw a few rushes of Manikarnika. Apparently, she got so impressed and excited after watching a few glimpses from the movie, that she made the announcement of launching the film's teaser on August 15 this year, right after coming out from the office post her meeting with the makers. 

Kangana has worked pretty hard for the Rani Raxmi Bai biopic. From learning horse-riding to sword-fighting, the actress left no stones unturned to prep for the film, before she actually began shooting for it. 

The report also shares that Jain feels the audience will be stunned with the magnitude and scale of the film and the action sequences in Manikarnika are also to watch out for. He also added that the viewers will love character of the queen of Jhansi which is portrayed by Kangana.
