Ranveer Singh loses 7 kilos for Gully Boy

Whether it was going bald in Bajirao Mastani or getting in a ferocious avatar as Allaudin Khilji in Padmaavat, Ranveer Singh has always wowed everyone with his transformations on the big screen.

While the actor had bulked up for the magnum opus, Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy required him to have a leaner frame. He recently posted a picture, which gave a glimpse into his metamorphosis.

Ranveer says, “I was 81 kilos and I had to look much leaner for Zoya’s film. So, I had to lose all the muscle mass. I lost around seven kilos in three weeks and now, I weigh 74 kilos.” The actor is currently shooting with Alia Bhatt in Dharavi in Mumbai.
