A number of Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput and Amitabh Bachchan, among others, have contributed handsome amounts to the grief-stricken victims of Kerala floods. But Randeep Hooda has gone a step further by reaching Kerala in person and joining Khalsa Aid in the relief work.

A picture of the actor is now going viral on social media where he is seen serving food to children. Khalsa Aid team's official Instagram handle posted the picture with a caption that read, “Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda joins the Khalsa Aid team in #Kerala ! It’s great to see celebrities on the ground and not just simply commenting on social media.”

The actor is being lauded by one and all for reaching out to the victims at ground-zero instead of showing solidarity with them on social media.

Randeep had earlier helped Mumbai-based environment activist Afroz Shah to free Mumbai’s beaches of plastic waste.
