Priyanka Chopra's Hollywood debut film 'Baywatch' lands in 'Worst film of the year' nominations

It's the awards season officially. It's that time of the year when movies and actors that made an impact with their performance in the previous year, get recognised for their hard work in the industry. Last year, two of Bollywood's most successful actresses, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone made their respective Hollywood debuts. 

While Deepika was seen opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage, Priyanka was seen along side Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Zac Efron in Baywatch. Recently, the nominations for the 38th Annual Golden Raspberry Awards were announced and unfortunately, PC's Baywatch found a nomination in the worst film of the year category, suggests a report in The Hollywood Reporter. 

Priyanka played the antagonist Victoria Leeds in the film. Though, she's already bagged two more Hollywood projects post Baywatch, this piece of news may upset PC a bit. Though, Baywatch did not do wonders at the ticket windows, as much as was expected out of it, Priyanka's performance in the film was appreciated from the audience and the critics alike. 

Meanwhile, Priyanka has already begun promoting her second Hollywood project, A Kid Like Jake. She'll soon begin shooting for her third film, Isn't It Romantic? as well.
