Parmanu The Story of Pokhran: John Abrahm is a on a run to prepare for Pokhran nuclear test

Bollywood is in a mood to enter the unexplored territories of story telling, Akshay Kumar's Toilet Ek Prem Katha, Sushant Singh Rajput's Chanda Maama Door Ke, Ayushmann Khurana's Shubh Mangalman Savdhan and even John Abraham's Parmanu The Story of Pokhran.

A fresh poster of the film, Parmanu: The story of Pokhran is out. Based on the real life chapter from the Indian history of nuclear tests performed in the 90s is directed by Abhishek Sharma features John Abraham and Diana Penty. The poster features John who seems to be in a rush, while the background looks like the nuclear testing site in Pokhran, Rajasthan as military camp and vehicles can be seen behind him. John Abraham is sporting a heavy stubble for this one and it's still not revealed if he is playing a scientist or an army man in the picture. 

John Abraham revealed the poster early Monday morning. The actor tweeted saying, " Embark on an extraordinary journey this December."

A few days back, Diana tweeted the first look of her character with the caption,"Excited to share my first look in Parmanu".For the first time, the actress will be seen in the role of a military officer.

Based on the series of underground nuclear tests carried out by the Indian government in Pokhran, Parmanu is known to be majorly shot in real locations in places like Delhi, Jaisalmer and Pokhran. The film is all set to release on December 8.
