The bitter battle between Prernaa Arora’s KriArj Entertainment and John Abraham Entertainment over Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran seems to have finally headed towards a sweet ending. We hear that on Monday, the Bombay High Court pointed out that KriArj had legal and valid rights of the film that couldn’t be taken away. The two parties were also believed to have been advised to resolve their differences amicably and make way for the movie’s release.

The matter was finally decided on Tuesday and KriArj, which had dragged John’s production house to court after it terminated their deal, was said to be upbeat with the result. Reportedly, by Friday, Prernaa’s company would pay the balance amount due to the actor’s production house, which would carry out the marketing and publicity for `10 cr that the former is supposed to pay back.

No official statement was forthcoming from either KriArj or JA Entertainment at the time of going to press as the settlement terms were still being finalised. However, reliable trade sources tell us that in all probability, Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran will now release on May 25, and not on May 4 as reportedly announced by JA Entertainment.
