Parineeti Chopra still learning how to play badminton for 'Saina', film to go on floors in this month

Last seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Kesari, Parineeti Chopra is all set to feature in Jabariya Jodi with Sidharth Malhotra. However that is not the only film which the actress has in her kitty. Parineeti will also play Saina Nehwal in the biopic titled Saina.

The movie, according to a few reports, has already gone on floors. However Parineeti Chopra went on to clarify that she is still training to become Saina through badminton sessions, and the movie will go on floors after four months i.e. in October.

Clarifying the same on Twitter, Parineeti Chopra wrote, "Hi everyone, we have NOT started the shoot of #Saina yet. I am still learning how to play Badminton! We will start in October once I get better at it!! 4 MONTHS TO GO! #Saina @TSeries"

Prior to Parineeti Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor was originally roped in to play the role of Saina Nehwal in the movie. The actress however had to opt out of the film and get replaced with Parineeti Chopra. The movie is directed by Amole Gupte, who has previously worked on films like Taare Zameen Par and Stanley Ka Dabba.
