Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing Sanjay Dutt in the latter's biopic Sanju and to mark the occasion of Father's Day, filmmakers released a small clip from the movie that showcases a sweet moment shared by a father and his son.

Sanjay Dutt has time and again said his late father Sunil Dutt was his pillar of strength. Paresh Rawal plays the character of Sunil Dutt in the movie. The 20-seconds-long footage is about Sanjay thanking his father for always standing by him. We Ranbir and Paresh wearing the costumes Dutt father-son wore when they were working together on Munnabhai MBBS.

Ranbir's character is still narrating the story and he goes, "Good evening, ladies and gentleman. Aaj mein bohot mushkil kaam karne ja raha hoon. Dad ko thank you bolne ka kaam. Pehle kabhi bol nahi paya kyonki shabd hi nahi mile. Jo unhone mere liye kiya hai nauske liye har shabd chota lagta hai." (I am going to do a difficult task today. Telling my father thank you. I could not do it before because words alluded me. I have no words to describe what he has done for me all this time)

Cut to Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt in a flashback scene, we see him tell his son, "Love you, puttar."

The latest still from his upcoming biopic reflects the same bond between 'Sanju' Ranbir Kapoor and veteran actor Paresh Rawal.

Director Rajkumar Hirani also shared the new poster of the film in which the father and son duo can be seen giving each other a 'Jaadu Ki Jhappi'

"Here's a Father's Day exclusive from #Sanju. #JaaduKiJhappi #RanbirKapoor @FoxStarHindi @VVCFilms #RajkumarHiraniFilms," tweeted Hirani.

Written and directed by Hirani, the movie also stars Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Jim Sarbh, and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.

The flick is set to release on June 29.
