If there is one actress in Bollywood who has created a niche for herself it is Kangana Ranaut. The actress, since her very first film, has managed to leave an indelible imprint on everyone's mind with her stellar performances whether in Gangster, Tanu Weds Manu or the trailer of her upcoming film Panga.

In a recent interview, Kangana's director for her debut movie Gangster, Anurag Basu showered praises on the actress and said that Kangana has always had a hunger to learn and is very ambitious. He also said although it is difficult for an outsider to make a niche for themselves in the industry, Kangana has managed to do it with sheer hard work and will.

"I never thought that Kangana will become so huge. She is a very fast learner. She wants to learn, so the hunger was always there from her very first film. She is a very ambitious girl and she knows where she is going. It's very difficult for an actress to carve a place in this industry. And especially for an outsider. She did it on her own. I have given her hardly two films, iske baad uski apni journey hai (it's all her journey after that)," he said.

Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Panga also stars Neena Gupta, Jassie Gill, and Richa Chadha in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release on January 24, 2020, and will lock horns with Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Nora Fatehi starrer Street Dancer 3D, directed by Remo D'Souza.
