Nawazuddin Siddiqui proud of his younger sister, a breast cancer survivor, shares a heartwarming post on her birthday

Ace actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, on Saturday shared a heartwarming post on his Instagram.

The Sacred Games actor shared an image of himself with his younger sister who turned 25 years old on October 13.

Nawazuddin's sister was only 18 years old when she was diagnosed with advanced stage of breast cancer. 

The brave lady battled the disease and is now celebrating her birthday with her proud brother. 

Today, Nawaz shared how proud he is of her and also thanked the doctors who made her treatment a successful one. 

The actor thanked Resul Rookutty for recommending the best doctors for his sister's treatment. 

The powerhouse performer who floored us once again in Manto is very attached to his family, and clearly he loves his sister!

Along with picture, the actor wrote, "My sister was diagnosed of advanced stage breast cancer at the age of 18 but it was her will power & courage that made her stand against all the odds she turns 25 Today & still fighting I am thankful to Dr.Anand Koppikar & Laleh Bushari for motivating her & I am really grateful to Resul Pookutty Sir for introducng me to them."

Nawazuddin Siddiqui comes from Budhana, a small town near Uttar Pradesh's Muzzafar Nagar town. 

The actor, who likes to stay close to his roots, has eight siblings. A couple of his brothers live in Mumbai and work in the film industry. 

We hope and pray that Nawaz's sister always stays in good health.
