Manmarziyaan trailer out today: All you need to know about Abhishek Bachchan-Taapsee Pannu's romantic musical

Manmarziyaan, which is backed by a powerhouse of talent comprising Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, promises to be a beautiful cinematic experience. 

The musical love story, presented by Eros International and Aanand L Rai, marks director Anurag Kashyap’s return to the space after the highly-celebrated Dev D (2009). It is expected to take viewers through a dramatic emotional experience, both by way of a unique narrative and some melodious tracks. The critically-acclaimed filmmaker is back with a new twist to romance that takes audiences through an arranged marriage and also a tale of finding love when you least expect it. The gripping story and fine performances are enhanced further by Amit Trivedi’s soulful album.

The music director reunites with Anurag after the success of Dev D, which also won the former a National Award. The synergy between the two is undeniable as Manmarziyaan boasts of a versatile album comprising 11 memorable songs, each distinct from the other and intrinsic to the love story. Produced by Aanand L Rai and Phantom Films, this venture by Colour Yellow Productions hits theatres on September 14.
