Manish Malhotra plays the matchmaker, wants Sonakshi Sinha to date his nephew

Sonakshi Sinha is single and so is director Punit Malhotra. How likely is it for the two to start dating? Well, Punit’s uncle Manish Malhotra has already made plans for the two. Playing a match-maker, the celebrity designer, who appeared on BFFs with Vogue along with his bestie, Sonakshi, openly talked about how he wants her to date his nephew Punit! 

Says a source from the sets, “Manish revealed that he has been trying to set up Sona with Punit for quite some time. That’s because he thinks they will make a good pair.”

The I Hate Luv Storys director was previously linked with his heroine Sonam Kapoor, while Sonakshi, too was rumoured to be in a relationship with Bunty Sachdev but she shot it down. And now, Punit’s chachu thinks he can give love another shot by dating Sona. Will the actress and director heed Manish’s advice? Only time will tell.
