Maanyata Dutt addressed Sanjay Dutt as her 'Ram' while sharing the video of him performing Dussehra puja
Sanjay Dutt had given his fans the best surprise a few days back - that he had completely recovered from cancer. He is now back to the normal life. After joining shoots, the actor was now seen in devotional activities. He was seen performing puja on the occasion of Vijaydashami, also known as Dussehra.
Dutt's wife Maanyata shared a picture of him holding a thali full of diyas while praying to various Gods. Lord Hanuman, Ganesha, Maa Sherawali and Lord Ram were chalked out on the floor, close to where Dutt was standing, while he also prayed to the photo frames of other Goddesses, who were kept at a distance from where he was praying.
Diyas and rose petals were placed on the floor between the distance too. A huge painting of Sanjay Dutt himself could be seen on the wall, above the Gods he was praying to.
While sharing the video, Maanyata penned a note about Sanju baba's recovery and wrote, "Dedicating this Dusshera to someone who has been such an inspiration not only to me, but to so many others. Life has thrown many difficulties at him, but he has always fought back with patience, grace and love. And when we thought we finally had peace, life threw yet another challenge."
She added, "Today he has once again proven that a positive mind can win and conquer the worst situation with resilience and courage! There is truly no one like you Sanju, you taught me when the going gets tough, only the tough gets going."
Maanyata also called him Ram as she ended the note. "You are my strength, my pride, My Ram!! #vijayadashami bhava!! Wishing everyone peace and prosperity," Mrs. Dutt wrote while sharing the video which only featured Sanjay and other Hindu priests.

On the work front, Sanjay Dutt recently dubbed for his YRF film opposite Ranbir Kapoor, called 'Shamshera'. The actor also plays the character of Adheera in Yash's 'KGF: Chapter 2'. He has joined the film after not being able to be a part of the first franchise film. Apart from Dutt, Raveena Tandon is also the new entrant of Prashant Neel's directorial film.
