Legendary actor Dilip Kumar diagnosed with mild pneumonia

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar's health has been a major concern for his fans for over a year now. Although at the age of 94 also, the actor remains strong inspite of being in and out of the hospital for an year now.

The recent health update about the actor says that he has been diagnosed with mild pneumonia. Well, fans don't need to panic as the veteran actor’s doctor has confirmed that the other parameters of his health are normal so there is nothing to worry about. Thankfully he is not back to the hospital and has been asked to take rest at home by his doctors for a speedy recovery. His Twitter account had a message which read, “Saab was diagnosed with mild pneumonia. He’s been advised to rest at home. Allah is kind that all other parameters are showing normal – Saab is doing better now. Pls remember him in your prayers and duas. -FF”

Earlier, Dilip Kumar was admitted in Lilavati Hospital when he suffered from severe dehydration and urinary tract infection. His condition improved after some days of medication and was taken home immediately. Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra were among the first people to pay visit to the ailing actor. A month ago the actor also celebrated his 51st wedding anniversary with wife Saira Banu and thanked his fans for the love and the support. The couple tied the knot in 1966.
