Kriti Sanon to receive Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence award for 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'

After receiving so much love for her performance in 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' Kriti Sanon has added another feather to her cap. The actress has won Dada Saheb Phalke excellence award 2018 for a Memorable performance in a lead role (Female) for her sleeper hit film 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.

The winners of the prestigious award were announced recently where Kriti's name was announced along with other recipients. Apart from this prestigious award, Kriti Sanon has won several awards for her film 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'

Kriti Sanon had been hailed for her performance in her sleeper hit film 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'. Her performance as Bitti, a young and free minded girl, from a small town, Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh in Junglee Pictures film Bareilly Ki Barfi was loved by the audiences and critics. 

Kriti Sanon has always upped the ante with each character she has played in her films. Kriti Sanon has made her way into Bollywood with her hard work and dedication and has worked with some of the leading names in Bollywood.

On the work front, the actress is currently shooting for her upcoming film Arjun Patiala in Punjab along with Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Sharma and will also be seen in Panipat.
