Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal know each other from even before Varun became an actor
Sunday’s episode of Koffee with Karan 6 saw some revelations.
Gracing the coveted couch were Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif, who did not shy away from clearing the rumours and getting a tad personal.
Varun and Katrina, who for the first time are coming together for Remo D’Souza’s next directorial ABCD 3, spilled the beans about their love life and friendships in the industry and outside of it.
While Katrina Kaif frankly spoke about her bond with Alia Bhatt and shared that their equation has nothing to do with the Raazi actress dating Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan openly spoke about his relationship with girlfriend Natasha Dalal.
He in fact gave rumours mills rest by confirming that he is in a relationship with Natasha and that he will be marrying her.
Varun and Natasha have been in a relationship for many years now, however the two never acknowledged the fact that they were dating.
The two who know each other from even before Varun became an actor, have been guarded about their relationship and only off late, do they not mind media’s glare as they step out for dinner dates and even poses for photos.
On the celebrity chat show, when Karan Johar mentioned about Varun’s outings with Natasha and said that they seem like happy ‘friends’, Varun corrected him by saying ‘happy couple’.
Varun later also mentioned that Karan has met her a couple of times and said, “I'm dating Natasha. We are a couple. I plan to marry her.”
On this when Karan asked him when they’ll tie the knot, the October actor replied saying, “I am not competing with any of the other celebrity couples.”
Karan Johar, who launched Varun Dhawan with Student of the Year in 2012 said that his wedding will be an emotional moment for him.
He said, “I will feel that I'm giving my son away. I will play the K3G theme, 'meri saanson mein tu hai samaya mera jeevan toh hai tera saaya'. And Lali, me and David ji will have a aarti plate.”

On the work front, Varun is currently working on his next film Kalank.
The period drama, slated to release in April next year, is being directed by Abhishek Verman and also stars Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles.
