Kareena Kapoor Khan and her manager Poonam Damania's 10-year-long association comes to an end?

For celebrities, their managers are necessary for building their image and handling all the important work. They are often seen travelling with the celebs wherever they go and eventually, the celeb and their managers become thick friends and also a confidante. One of the best actor-manager duos Bollywood has witnessed is of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Poonam Damania. Both have been together for almost a decade and she has played an important role in Bebo's kickass career. 

However, as per reports in Mid-Day, Kareena and Poonam have parted ways after a 10-year association. This huge news has come after it was known that Poonam has left Matrix which is the talent management agency owned by Reshma Shetty. Talking about it, a source stated to the tabloid, "Poonam's exit from the company happened last month. Many had seen it coming as the differences between her and the agency suits had been building up for a while now. Her second-in-command Naina Sawhney too has left the organisation. Poonam's next move is being keenly watched by industry insiders, with buzz suggesting that she may launch a new talent management firm. The idea of her joining the rival celebrity management agency, KWAN, as a senior partner, cannot be ruled out either."

The source added, "While this puts a question mark on Kareena's professional equation with Poonam, their personal rapport remains unaffected."

The report also suggested that Bebo has already got a new manager. Meanwhile, she is currently in London.
