Kamal Haasan ditches his trademark mustache for 'Indian 2'

Veteran actor Kamal Haasan has got rid of his trademark mustache and opted for a clean shaven look, as he begins gearing up for the shoot of Indian 2. The actor will be seen reprising his role of Senapathy in the film, whose shooting is to resume pretty soon. 

Kamal Haasan, who's currently seen hosting the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil, made an appearance on the weekend in his clean-shaven avatar. The actor also made the revelation that she has shaved off his mustache as he is prepping to begin work on his pending projects.

Indian 2 is supposed to be the sequel to Kamal Haasan starrer 1994 Tamil blockbuster titled India. The sequel also stars popular South actress Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead. Apart from Haasan and Kajal, the film also stars noted stars like Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth andPriya Bhavani Shankar in significant roles. 

Earlier, Haasan had made it official that Indian 2 would be his last film as an actor as he would dedicate all his time and attention to his career in politics post that. Indian 2 began rolling earlier in January this year. However, the shooting of the film had come to a standstill after a few days of the commencement of shoot apparently, because pf a dosagreement between Shankar and Lyca Productions over the budget.
