'Kabir Singh' Box Office report: Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani starrer picks up pace even on fourth saturday

Kabir Singh has set its eyes on making records like none other. After breaking the records set by Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike, Kabir Singh has gone on to become the highest grosser of 2019, and it still continues its successful run at the Box Office.

After crossing Rs. 250-crore mark, the Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani starrer is expected to earn Rs. 300 crore as the week four comes to an end. Whether the movie will end its run at Rs. 300 crore or go on to set newer records, is something that is yet to be seen.

Meanwhile Kabir Singh has gone on to collect Rs. 3.75 crore on fourth Saturday, taking a jump from Rs. 2.54 crore. The movie currently has the Box Office collection of Rs. 255.89 crore, which makes it an all-time blockbuster already. This is a huge growth, considering Kabir Singh was made on budget of Rs. 68 crore approx.

Confirming the same, trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, "#KabirSingh shows big gains on [fourth] Sat... Will maintain the pace on [fourth] Sun... [Week 4] Fri 2.54 cr, Sat 3.75 cr. Total: 255.89 cr. India biz."

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Kabir Singh is the remake of his Telugu blockbuster (debut directorial) film Arjun Reddy. The movie earned Rs. 50 crore at the Box Office and made Vijay Deverakonda an overnight star. It has worked a similar magic in the Hindi cinema and Shahid Kapoor has finally received his due as an actor.
