IIFA awards 2018 turned out to be a star-studded affair in Bangkok. From veteran actress Rekha to current heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor brought the curtains down at the IIFA Awards 2018 with their entertaining dance performances.
Rekha took the stage for a performance after a gap of 20 years and made it a memorable night. At 63, dressed in light pink Anarkali, the actress once again proved that age is just a number for her. Rekha mesmerised the audiences with her performance on her evergreen hits such as "Salaam-e-Ishq" from "Muqaddar Ka Sikander", "Dil Cheez Kya Hai" from "Umrao Jaan" and "Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya" from "Mughal-e-Azam". At the end of her 20-minute-long performance, the audience gave a big shout out to the star as well as a well-deserved standing ovation that left her overwhelmed with joy. The younger lot of Bollywood, that included Ranbir, Varun, Arjun, Kartik, Kriti, and Nushrat, descended on the stage to pay their tributes to the veteran star.
And it’s a wrap! #IIFA2018 has been a magical weekend with all our amazing stars.

Shraddha Kapoor also happens to be a Rekha fan and had the most adorable thing to say for the actress who mesmerized everyone with her graceful performance on stage. She shared a picture of herself hugging the legendary actress on Instagram and wrote, 'I have just watched the best performance of my life & possibly the best one I will ever see. When a shooting star decides to come down to earth & the entire audience is awestruck by her performance. Rekhaji, there are no words to describe how lucky we all are that we got to experience your magic right before our eyes. You all are in for the treat of a lifetime.'
