While Irrfan Khan is away in London to get his treatment done for Neuroendocrine Tumour, fans are celebrating the actor's brilliant screen presence and acting in the trailers of his upcoming Bollywood release, 'Karwaan' and Hollywood film, 'Puzzle.
The actor is doing his bit to promote the upcoming films on social media but also took to Twitter to thank IIFA 2018 for the Best Actor award for his performance in 'Hindi Medium'. Irrfan is on his road to recovery but is unable to confirm he will return back to Mumbai by the end of this year. After 'Blackmail' releasing in April this year, the actor has two films releasing soon but he is no plans to return home soon. In an interview to Bollywood Hungama, Irrfan said, “I’ve no idea when I’m back. I am not in a hurry to know how it’s going to unfold.”

Just like team 'Blackmail', 'Karwaan' will also have to find a way to promote the film without its biggest star - Irrfan who has impressed everyone with his quirky one-liners in the trailer. Malayalam actor Dulquer Salman and Mithila Palkar are debuting in Bollywood with this one. Director Akarsh Khurana admits it’s a problem. “It’s a challenge for sure, to promote the film without Irrfan. But we’re trying to figure out our best options.”
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Directed by Akarsh Khurana 'Karwaan' is slated to release on 3rd August 2018.
