Soha Ali Khan had been dating each other for a long time before they tied the knot in January 25th, 2015. Kunal popped the question to his girlfriend on a holiday in Paris and she said yes. Even before marriage,  Kunal Kemmu and Soha Ali Khan were in a live-in relationship.In an interview to PTI, Kunal had earlier confessed that he doesn't recommend live-in relationship to couples. He said, "We don't endorse live-in relationship for people, but it has worked wonderfully well for both of us before we got married to each other." He also added, "Live-in relationship helped me to know and understand my partner better, which eventually helped my marriage with Soha," said Kunal, adding, "But having said that you have to figure out your way. There is no one proper recipe. Everybody has ups and downs, and everybody should figure their way out."
