Filmmaker Aditya Chopra is notorious for not being photographed and staying away from limelight despite heading India's one of the biggest production houses, Yash Raj Films. Since the birth of his daughter, Adira in 2015, that invisibility cloak which keeps paparazzi away has been extended to his and Rani Mukerji's little one.

Rani Mukerji launched the trailer for her new movie Hichki on Tuesday. At the trailer launch event in Mumbai she revealed why in the era of baby style watch in Bollywood, Adira remains an illusion of social media. She said, "We're trying to give a normal upbringing to Adira, so that if she wants to go to the beach with her friends or go out for a movie, she goes unnoticed just like a normal child. It's a conscious decision taken by both me and Aditya."

In an interview with News 18, Rani revealed that she loves it that Aditya Chopra is so private. "I love that about him (his idea of being private). I don’t mind the world knowing everything or showing the pictures but not at the cost of making another person feel uncomfortable. If my partner is uncomfortable and he’s not happy, how am I going to be happy? If he was happy sharing the photos, I would feel happy that he’s a part of this but I can’t be akele happy so as a couple you’ve to do things together.”

Adira celebrated her second birthday earlier in December. All the star babies with their star parents attended the bash. Karan Johar's twins, Kareena Kapoor Khan's munchkin Taimur, AbRam Khan, Ahil Sharma and Laksshya Kapoor were all clicked at the party by the guests and their images were doing rounds of social media. But because of her parents' stern diktat about not sharing images, birthday girl Adira maintained her privacy.
