Heard this? 'Naagin' actress Mouni Roy joins Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor for 'Brahmanstra'

She is television's hottest beauty and even before her debut film opposite Akshay Kumar has hit theatres, Mouni Roy is making the right noises in Bollywood.

After 'Gold', 'Naagin' actress will be seen in Ayan Mukherji's upcoming fantasy adventure Brahmastra which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. Produced by Karan Johar and Fox Studios, the film is expected to go on floors early next year and will release on August 15th 2019. According to the sources quoted in Mumbai Mirror report, “Mouni recently came on board and will start shooting early next year, when the film goes on the floors. For now, Ayan is keeping other details of her role under wraps.”

After wooing her fans on the small screen of the longest time now, Mouni will be making her debut in Reema Kagti's 'Gold'. The film is based on India's first Olympic Gold in hockey post-Independence.In this period film, Mouni will be seen in the role of Akshay Kumar's onscreen  wife. Apart from that Mouni also featured in a promo for Bigg Boss with Salman Khan where she played the role of host's neighbour.
