From Shahid Kapoor to Ranbir Kapoor: B-Town hunks are clearly in love with sneakers

Our B-Town dudes are clearly in love with the au courant high-top sneakers. In the last fortnight, we spotted two of our Bollywood’s coolest dressers sporting a pair of high-top sneakers with pop accents and bold letterings.

While Shahid Kapoor was seen in a sporty, slip-on pair, which had ‘Super High’ printed on them, at the airport, Ranbir went partying in a nifty pair from Nike’s Air Force range that had three tones — red, white and black.

While Shahid was in a utilitarian mode, completing his look with a sling bag, blue shirt and matching blue denims, Ranbir kept it minimal in a neutral T-shirt and a pair of shredded black skinny denims. While mostly these men like to stick to their tried-and-tested grunge palette of black, white and gunmetal grey, they usually like to have fun with their footwear — often opting for bold and statement letterings and pop accents.

Looks like the athleisure trend has brought back the focus on the high-top sneakers and B-Town dudes are more than happy to embrace it with elan.
