Action and John Abraham became synonymous to each other ever since Dhoom happened to him. The 45-year-old model-turned-actor, who made his Bollywood debut with an erotic thriller Jism, has come to be known as one of the most sought-after action heroes in Bollywood in his 18-year-long lustrous career. But, in the last few years young-gun Tiger Shroff seems to have quietly snatched the title from him.

With just five films to his credit so far, Tiger has been successful in establishing himself as 'the' action hero of Bollywood in current times, Baaghi 2 being the latest example. The film rode solely on his shoulders. It was his power-packed action sequences and jaw-dropping stunts that pulled the audience to the theatres.

But, surprisingly John, who is returning to the silver screens after an hiatus of two years, doesn't see it that way. As we sat down to chat with him on a hot,and sunny Saturday afternoon, about the impending release of his film Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran and a lot of other things in the company of his two adorable dogs, the humble actor revealed that he is too fond of Tiger to see him as a threat.

"No, in fact we get along like a house on fire. We totally love each other and I loved him in Baaghi 2. I am extremely fond of him. We did message each other and he did mention that 'if we do an action film together, it will be legendary.' Because, we have different styles of action. Tiger is more of an acrobatic guy. So, we joke about it that while he is flipping from above, I am running through doors from below. I believe Tiger and me would compliment each other. I love the boy!," he said with a heart-felt smile on his face. Well, we sure would love to see these two together on screen! Makers, you reading this?

John will soon be seen in Parmanu, which will hit the screens on June 25 this year. Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the thriller also features Diana Penty and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.
