Esha Gupta goes with the 'flow' on the beach in her latest photo

Esha Gupta knows how to raise the temperature on the Internet with her sultry photos. She is known for her hourglass figure and the way she flaunts it has grabbed eyeballs of many. On Friday, Esha took to her Instagram page and posted a black and white photo while chilling at the beach. The actor is donning a stylish look wearing a striped jumpsuit with knitted deep V-neckline. The Rustom actor is seen posing gracefully while getting clicked.

Esha captioned the photo stating, "Flow.". The actor completed her look with a gold bracelet and left hair messy hair tied in a half ponytail. Esha opted to pose barefoot to get that perfect sandy beach look.

Earlier while talking about her fitness, Esha had spoken to Gulf News. She had said, "Honestly, I have been an athlete all my life and yoga has always been a part of my life. It has helped me stay active, focused and determined … Yoga is not just for my body, but my soul."

The Jannat 2 actor further said, "My father is 75 and he still wakes up at 5 am to do two hours of yoga every day. I started doing yoga while I was in school. Honestly, I was bored quickly because I had so much energy and I preferred to play active sport. But as I grew up, I realised the importance of yoga. Since college, I have been practising yoga out of my own free will. I wake up at 6 am and I go to bed by 10.30 pm every day. While I am usually hyper as a person, yoga grounds me."
