For a long time, speculations were rife that Salman Khan would shoot a special dance number for brother-in-law Aayush Sharma’s debut film 'Loveratri'. Some even suspected that the superstar’s hit song Dholi Taro from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) would be reprised for the upcoming rom-com for his special appearance. But now, we can confirm that nothing of that sort is actually happening.
A source associated with the movie says, “LoveRatri has cameos by Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan. But Salman has neither an appearance nor a song in it.” Explaining the Tiger Zinda Hai actor’s absence from his production venture, our informer adds, “Salman doesn’t want the attention to be diverted from the film or its lead actors; Aayush and Warina Hussain. He feels that the song he had sung in Hero, which marked Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty’s debut, eventually sidelined everything else. So, he has strictly decided to not be part of Loveratri in any way.” It’s another thing that as a producer, the Race 3 actor is ensuring the film is marketed well and gets a certain reach.
