Sanjay Dutt, who is riding high on 'Sanju' success from last year, is awaiting the release of his next film 'Kalank'
Sanjay Dutt is currently riding on a high. His biopic 'Sanju' which released last year is still the talk of the town. Actor Ranbir Kapoor receives the 'best actor' award for the film even today. Even though the movie has been termed as a whitewasher for Sanjay Dutt, baba is reaping the fruits gathered by the film.
Just a few days before his upcoming movie 'Kalank' releases in theatres, Sanjay Dutt has gifted himself a rare beauty. The actor, who loves cars, is now the owner of an exotic collection. Dutt now owns Land Rover Range Rover. The luxury SUV costs somewhere around Rs. 2.11 crore to Rs. 3 crore.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Sanjay Dutt, proud owner of one of the most expensive SUVs, shared a photo of himself against his newest baby. He captioned the photo, "A new addition to the family! Thank you Nasir & #Landrover_ModiMotors"
According to official records, the actor's Range Rover consists 5.0-litre Supercharged V8 petrol motor that belts out as much as 558 bhp and 700 Nm of peak torque. The engine also boasts of an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Range Rover which weight two tonnes, can also jump from 0-100 kmph in 5.5 seconds and achieve maximum speed of 225 kmph.
Sanjay Dutt has currently come back to movies after serving in prison for 23 years. Prior to his term, the actor became renowned via Rajkumar Hirani's movies like 'Munnabhai MBBS' and 'PK'. After he was released, Sanjay Dutt's comeback film was 'Bhoomi' which also starred Aditi Rao Hydari. Post that, Hirani helmed a biopic on the actor. Titled 'Sanju', it was last year's blockbuster hit. Dutt will now appear in 'Kalank' with his co-star of many movies and alleged ex-girlfriend Madhuri Dixit-Nene. Post that, he will also be seen in movies like 'Panipat', 'Sadak 2', 'Shamshera' and his production film 'Prassthanam'.
