Bandook Meri Laila song will not be there in Sidharth Malhotra's A Gentleman

The trailer of Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer, A Gentleman, has a song — Bandook Meri Laila —  which won’t make it to the film. Sidharth confirms, “The song will play in the background. We haven’t shot it alag se. Although, we all wanted to work it in, we wanted to retain the run time. We have another disco song, which also won’t be in the film and will just roll during the end credits.”

Director Raj (of Raj and DK) explains, “We got the first scratch of the song very late, just about a week or so before the teaser released. But we found it really catchy so we just wanted to use it in the film anyhow.” Sidharth adds, “The film is going to be around two hours and five minutes. It’s short, crisp, complete popcorn action.”
