Back trouble slows Akshay Kumar’s pace

Sometimes even the fittest heroes need to take it easy. Like Akshay Kumar is currently doing. While filming heavy-duty action sequences for his period drama Kesari’s climax, the Khiladi Kumar hurt his back. As a result, the actor was forced to rest it out at his hotel in Wai, where the film based on the historic Battle Of Saragarhi is being shot.

The filmmakers insisted that Akshay take a breather, instead of flying back to Mumbai even though there’s a chopper on standby. Reportedly, an early pack-up was called the following day, too. On Thursday, we hear, the actor resumed his shoot, starting with easier scenes. Even though Akshay was raring to go, he was advised to go a little slow to avoid aggravating the back trouble.
