Is there any struggling actor who hasn't experience the evils of casting couch and nepotism in Bollywood?

Delhi boy, Ashish Bisht who debuts in Onir's Friday release Shab says NO! In an interview to IANS, Ashish recalled his experience of casting couch. " When I was struggling work I used to end up going for every audition, and once a producer called me to a shady place and his first question was Are you comfortable in Bed." Not the first and last time. He would often get calls from ladies who wanted to talk dirty over the phone and even messages from film producers which left him in a fix. Ashish said, " There are film producers who irritate the hell out of you with their messages. If you don't reply, they know you have read it, I feel stuck because if I respond what do I write? Even if i dodge the question, they come back to the same topic again."

He may have kept his cool at that moment, but it really affected him on certain levels, "As it is as a struggler, one is spending money on travelling for different auditions and I am short on money and you call me for this!" And now that his first film with Onir Shab is ready to hit screen this friday, everyone feels his has compromised with the filmmaker who is open about his sexual orientation. Ashish clarified on these allegations too, "I know very well what I have done or not done. I don't need to clarify 'on compromises' I feel people will always talk as they need to hunt for gossip. But I respect Onir sir. I never thought I'll get a project without compromising, but I did.'

This Delhi boy who is busy promoting his Friday release feels casting couch is part of every industry and so is nepotism. He said," The day Yash Raj films decided to launch newcomers Anya Singh and Aadar Jain, I also had my media interactions but no one turned up. Everyone went to meet the filmy freshers who have not even signed a film yet."
