Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut film Kedarnath has been witnessing a rough ride. The film that also stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead recently grabbed eyeballs after two of its makers reportedly decided to part ways. Prernaa Arora's KriArj Entertainment even decided to go the legal way and take the matter to the Bombay High Court against the film's director Abhishek Kapoor and his company Guy In The Sky.

But if the recent buzz is anything to go by, then the duo has apparently decided to call off their dispute. Trade talk suggests that Prernaa Arora of KriArj and Abhishek Kapoor have decided to patch up, for the well being of the film and those involved in its making.

Speculations are rife that this has come after Sara's mom Amrita Singh's intervention in the matter. A DNA After Hrs report had earlier informed, "Abhishek’s decision to terminate his agreement with producer Prernaa Arora (of KriArj Entertainment) has put the film in limbo. Other studios are now hesitant to come on board because Abhishek and Prernaa are both seeking legal recourse. And even as they wash their dirty linen in public, Amrita, who is concerned about Sara’s debut is reportedly very upset with Gattu for his brash behaviour. A source says, “When Gattu called Dingy (Amrita) to tell her about his decision to fly solo with Kedarnath and only getting a big studio on board for the release, Amrita completely lost her cool with him. A heated argument took place between the two.”

Meanwhile, the first schedule of the film has already been completed and post that, the bitter battle between Kedarnath makers became the talk of the town. After Hrs had earlier got in touch with one of Prernaa's senior executives who had informed, "Abhishek wasn’t able to keep his end of the bargain on most counts. It was he who breached the agreement first. He was to finish a major chunk of the film at Kedarnath in October 2017. However, when the unit returned, we realised that this commitment was not fully met. There was a lot of wastage.”

This was apparently the final nail in the coffin as disagreements between the two producers had crept up ever since Abhishek Kapoor had announced on his Twitter account that Kedarnath will release on the same date as Shah Rukh Khan's Zero, whereas Prernaa didn't want the film to clash with that of SRK.

Meanwhile, there hasn't been any official confirmation on the supposed patch up between the two makers but hopefully, an announcement will follow soon.
