Akshay Kumar to sport 12 different avatars in Rajinikanth’s 2.0

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 has been grabbing headlines for all the right reasons. Moreover, keeping in mind the two superstars involved, the expectations from the film are certainly huge. The science fiction film, which features Rajinikanth as Dr Vaseegaran and Chitti and Akshay Kumar as Dr Richard, is slated for the Republic Day release in 2018.

Now as per a report in The News Minute, Akshay will be seen sporting 12 different looks as he will feature in different avatars of an evil scientist. To add to the excitement, a new teaser poster with a scary set of fingers has been released. Take a look:

The film, which is a sequel to the 2010 blockbuster hit Enthiran, is one of the costliest films to be ever made and the budget might go up to Rs 450 crore. 2.0 will also feature Amy Jackson as the female lead apart from Sudhanshu Pandey, Adil Hussain, Kalabhavan Shajon and Riyaz Khan in major roles. Directed by S Shankar and  produced by A Subhashkaran under Lyca Productions, the film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
