Akshay Kumar to romance Kriti Sanon in Sajid Khan's 'Housefull 4'?

Filmmaker Sajid Khan and actor Akshay Kumar are coming together for Housefull 4 this year. The fourth instalment of the super-hit franchise is set to go on floors in 2018 and is scheduled for a Diwali 2019 release.

While we know Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Bobby Deol are all set to play the male leads, not much has been revealed about the lead actresses of the film. 

Now if a report in PinkVilla is to be believed, Kriti Sanon will be seen romancing Akshay in the film. The Bareilly Ki Barfi actress made her Bollywood debut with Sajid Nadiadwala's Heropanti and if she stars in Housefull 4, it will be her first alongside Akshay and her second film under Sajid’s production banner. 

Meanwhile, talking about Bobby, a source had earlier revealed to us, “Sajid Nadiadwala and Sajid Khan are close to Bobby and they felt he would fit the role. Talks are still on. They are yet to sign the actor but mostly, he will give the nod to this film.”

The comedy, which is based on the theme of reincarnation, will also have a portion with a period setting. “Shooting for Housefull 4 begins in June this year. It will be 2019’s Diwali release,” added the source.
