Akshay Kumar’s birthday wish for wife Twinkle Khanna and father-in-law Rajesh Khanna is a fascinating tale

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna might have surprised a few with their marriage but over time, they have indeed become couples goals. Twinkle, born to Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, celebrates her birthday with her late father today, and Akshay had the cutest (and the smartest) way of wishing them both on their special day.

A superstar of his times, Rajesh Khanna had managed to win Dimple’s heart and together they had two children Twinkle and Simple. The couple however parted ways, but Twinkle always maintained a balanced relationship with her father and mother.

She often remembers her father on such special occasions, and on other special occasions like her book launch, Dimple is invited to be part of them. On such events, Dimple happens to steal the spotlight from her daughter and at times even son-in-law Akshay Kumar.

Rajesh Khanna, on the other hand, had another kind of aura, which Akshay remembering, posted on Instagram, “While growing up I’d heard fascinating tales of his superstardom, never imagining one day I’ll marry his fascinating daughter...thank you for giving me this precious one.
