After tying the knot with Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh to take 3 weeks off?

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who have been seeing each other for the last six years, will tie the knot on November 14-15 at Lake Como, Italy, with only family members and close friends in attendance. Deepika, who hasn’t signed a single movie after Padmaavat, has kept her schedule free. Her next film directed by Meghna Gulzar begins early next year. But Ranveer has two releases in quick succession — Rohit Shetty’s Simmba, which hits the marquee on December 28 and Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy that opens in cinemas on February 14, 2019. 

However, the Padmaavat star has reportedly managed to take three weeks off from his busy working schedule for his impending nuptials.

Our source reveals, “He had informed Rohit about his marriage plans much earlier. The filmmaker had worked out the shooting and film promotion schedules accordingly. The actor will be on leave from November 10 and fly to Italy for the wedding. Then, he and DP will come back for two grand receptions — one will be a family affair in Bengaluru while the other will be in Mumbai for their industry friends.”

After the two big bashes, the couple will take off for their honeymoon to an undisclosed location. The source adds, “Following this, Ranveer will kick-start promotions for Simmba from the first week of December. After its release, the two might fly off for another holiday to ring in Deepika’s birthday, which is on January 5 and will return to complete their other work commitments.”
