Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, who is the proud owner of several luxury cars, has added another swanky-looking SUV to his collection. The actor who celebrated his 26th birthday on Tuesday (July 6), has gifted himself a Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 luxury SUV. Reportedly, the car was recently launched in India for Rs 2.43 crore (ex-showroom). In May this year, Ranveer had bought the Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule design edition which costs Rs 3.15 crore.
Sharing a photo of Ranveer with his sweet luxury ride, Mercedes-Benz dealer Auto Hangar wrote, "(We wish) the ever-enthusiastic charm of Bollywood, @ranveersingh a very Happy Birthday! We also congratulate him for the new acquisition of Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600."
Ranveer’s Maybach sports a ‘Cavansite Blue’ exterior paint finish. The Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 is a premium luxury car that comes with wooden inserts, Nappa leather upholstery, a 12.3-inch infotainment system with MBUX interface with handwriting recognition and gesture control. It also has a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster, climate-controlled seats with massage function, electrically-opening panoramic sliding/tilting sunroof with an opaque roller blind, and so much more. The LED lights at the from and rear give the car a sleek look.
The luxury car is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 turbocharged petrol engine along with a 48-Volt hybrid system. As for the transmission duty, the Maybach SUV in India comes with the standard nine-speed automatic gearbox.
Apart from the Maybach and Lamborghini, Ranveer’s fleet of luxury cars includes an Aston Martin Rapide S and a Land Rover Range Rover Vogue. As per Lifestyle Asia, all 50+ units of the GLS 600 allotted to India were booked out before the car was even launched. The Mayback is sold out till December 2021 and Ranveer was one 50 to have got their hands on this luxe beast.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer Singh who has treated his fans with some powerful performances in movies is all set to make his TV debut by hosting Colors’ quiz show ‘The Big Picture’.
