Earlier, the filmmaker took to Twitter to thank her for bringing so much of fun on the sets. He wrote, "With joyful and affectionate #KatrinaKaif on the shoot.Thank you for bringing so much of ease, fun and love on the sets. Stay blessed stay happy." Now 'Tanu Weds Manu' director revealed the real reason for Katrina and SRK's fun moments from the sets of 'Zero'. “Katrina is having fun doing all this. I think ‘Zero’ is technically and emotionally a difficult film, so it required that kind of individuals who can create fun atmosphere on the film set and that is what Katrina is doing. It is so nice of her and entire team to have this kind of atmosphere all around," Rai told IANS at the screening of 'Baa Baaa Black Sheep' in Mumbai.
Aanand L Rai even spoke about the response for 1 minute teaser of Zero which was released on New Year's eve. He said: “I am getting really good feedback but this time. I am trying to give the audience things which are coming from my heart and with Shah Rukh sir, I think, I am being able to achieve that. The kind of fun we all are having while making this film is what I always look for… I still require two months for the completion of the shoot, but I will ensure that the film delivers more than what it is promising.”
“Zero” also stars Anushka Sharma in the lead and is going to be the only Shah Rukh Khan release for this year. The film will also boats of special appearance by Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Sridevi, Karisma Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. It is a romantic drama written by Himanshu Sharma and directed by Rai and will hit theatres on December 21st 2018.
