An outflow of unstoppable entertainment. The trailer of Judwaa 2 scores on the masti quotient. This Sajid Nadiadwala production, which releases on September 29, fits in snugly with the era of irreverence that we’ve inherited from David Dhawan’s cinema from generation to generation.

Crazy comedy

The only difference between Judwaa in 1992 and Judwaa 2 in 2017 is that the actor playing Prem and Raja is different. It’s sinfully entertaining to see Varun twinning so breezily in Judwaa 2. Some actors like Govinda, Salman Khan and earlier, Shammi Kapoor are born for crazy comedies. From the younger generation, Varun qualifies for the same.

All that energy!

Varun extracts pleasure and delight out of every scene. His energy as twins in Judwaa 2 quite comfortably exceeds Salman Khan’s brio in the first Judwaa film. Varun is all over the trailer, almost in every frame, heckling Jacqueline Fernandez, smooching Taapsee, mimicking Anupam Kher and beating up Ali Asgar, who plays Varun’s psychiatrist.

Super fun

There is plenty of humour. This is FUN in bold, capital, neon letters. Varun does the effete Prem and the macho Raja with lipsmacking gobbledygook. The girls, Taapsee and Jacqueline, enhance the fun quotient.
